How do I request an item?
Choose ‘Request an item’, add the product link or details, set your budget and destination, then publish your request.
How do I earn as a traveler?
Switch to Traveler in your account menu. Browse requests that fit your trip and send an offer with your price and delivery details.
Where can I follow my order?
Open My orders from your account menu. Select an order to see its progress, offers, and available actions.
How do payouts work?
Add your bank details in your profile, then open Earnings to review your available balance and request a payout. The minimum amount and wire fee are shown there.
What if I need help with a delivery?
Contact support with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. Keep receipts and relevant delivery details so the team can review them.
