By using Luggora you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Luggora is a P2P marketplace connecting shoppers with travelers for cross-border delivery. We facilitate connections and payments but don't ship items ourselves.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Shoppers must provide accurate product descriptions.
• Travelers must deliver as agreed and follow customs/import laws.
• All users must comply with applicable laws.
• No transporting prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe. A service fee applies on completed transactions. All fees are shown before you pay. Undelivered orders receive a full refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Disrupting the Platform or its servers.
• Gaining unauthorized access.
• Posting harmful or objectionable content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luggora is a facilitator and is not responsible for individual user actions. We don't guarantee item quality, safety, or legality. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or harm the Platform or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
